Remote setup and support sessions require your cooperation, internet connectivity, and appropriate device access credentials. Trade-in credits are estimates until devices are received and inspected; final credit may differ based on condition and eligibility.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping product data for competitive harm, submitting false orders, interfering with site security, or using the Services for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on stoptheshopper.com—including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and software—is owned by Stop the Shopper or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STOP THE SHOPPER FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
